Experience modern British gastronomy in London's culinary evolution

Description

In the late ’90s, Heston Blumenthal's curiosity for historical gastronomy ignited Dinner's inception. Collaborating with Ashley Palmer-Watts, the chefs crafted a menu drawn from 14th-century cookbooks, royal chefs of King Richard II and even Lewis Carroll's whimsy. Merging food history with modern innovation, Dinner redefines the dining experience. Its menu showcases contemporary dishes rooted in British culinary heritage. A private dining room, influenced by Tudor architecture, caters to individualized experiences for up to 12 guests. Set around an oval sapele and rosewood table with plush red velvet chairs, it features three- or five-course menus, including signature creations.
